Human Resource Internship
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies
- Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain employee records and files
- Prepare and present HR-related reports and presentations
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal compliance and procedures
Requirements :
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
