ETL Test Lead - Automation Framework

Role : Owns the test strategy and builds the Python automation framework from scratch, with a roadmap for extension beyond the MVP.Must have : - Strong lead in data/ETL testing, including complex multi-platform integrations- Deep Snowflake expertise (SQL, staging/DW/mart layers, ideally Cortex AI)- Strong Python - proven track record architecting a data-testing framework from zero (pytest, pandas, modular/config-driven design)- Synthetic test data strategy - designing reusable scenario libraries and data generation- Azure DevOps - Test Plans/Boards, and integrating automated results into it- Experience validating Salesforce and AWS (Lambda/serverless ETL) data flows- Data-centric testing depth : source-to-target reconciliation, data-quality dimensions, transformation validation- Client-facing skills : strategy authoring, estimation, mentoringDesirable : - GitHub + CI/CD- Power BI / other BI validation- Great ExpectationsMode of Interview : In-Person mandatory from any of the above-mentioned location.
