About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day office activities and coordinate with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
2. Follow up on pending activities and bring important operational issues to management's attention.
3. Maintain basic office records, reports, schedules, and documentation.
4. Assist management in coordinating operational requirements and tracking important tasks and follow-ups.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and other stakeholders as required.
6. Support the planning and coordination of organizational programs, retreats, and other initiatives.
7. Maintain participant information, schedules, and other records related to programs and retreats.
8. Assist with pre-event, on-site, and post-event coordination to ensure smooth execution.
9. Follow up on assigned responsibilities and help resolve operational issues.
10. Maintain proper post-event records and follow-ups.
