Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support daily operational activities. The candidate will assist in coordination, documentation, reporting, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with team members and clients/candidates.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
• Update databases and operational trackers.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and interviews.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of recruitment or the marine/offshore industry is an advantage.
• Good email drafting and communication skills.
