Responsibilities

• Drive enrollments for certification, diploma, and degree programs through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Speak with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable upskilling programs.
• Conduct discovery calls and maintain thoughtful follow-up communication throughout the enrollment journey.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets while protecting the quality of the learner experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and continued learner satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate prospect, interaction, and pipeline records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
• Strong interpersonal ability and a demonstrated capacity to build rapport quickly.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented mindset and the ability to perform effectively in an on-site sales environment.
• Genuine interest in education, career development, and helping learners achieve their goals.
• Experience: Relevant experience will be considered based on communication ability, sales aptitude, and background.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Noida, Sector 63. The role offers annual compensation of ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA, with the package structure including fixed and variable components as applicable.
