About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and identify healthcare professionals.2. Connect with US-based nurses and candidates.
3. Use recruitment tools and social media for candidate sourcing.
4. Manage candidate communication and recruitment processes. What We Offer: 1. Monthly Incentives: 5,000 to 70,000+.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,500 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 9,16,001 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,16,001 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 24,000 - 7,00,000 /year
