Senior Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Business teams to develop ML-driven solutions that improve customer experience, engagement, and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy Machine Learning models to solve business and customer challenges.- Build recommendation engines, personalization models, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics solutions.- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.- Design and evaluate A/B experiments to improve product performance and customer engagement.- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems.- Develop forecasting, classification, clustering, and ranking models.- Monitor model performance and continuously optimize algorithms for accuracy and scalability.- Build dashboards and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.What We're Looking For:- 6-8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.- Strong expertise in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models.- Strong understanding of Statistics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Predictive Analytics.- Experience with SQL and large-scale data analysis.- Good understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B Testing.- Strong problem-solving ability with excellent analytical thinking.- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
