Drafting of motor underwriting guidelines to align with budgeted Loss ratio and setting up of operation process Have thorough understanding in technical motor underwriting and system process flow Provides technical training and mentoring to less experienced Underwriting colleagues as well as Sales Representatives Collaborating with IT team for system enhancement resulting in smooth process What We Expect Education: Graduate/Postgraduate Experience: 3 years in Motor underwriting Skills: Excel, Powerpoint Mindset: Communication skills, Managing business teams.
