The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented SaaS Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, technology, and customer success to our global market.
You will own the sales journey—from identifying potential customers and understanding their hiring challenges to delivering product demos, converting trial users into paying customers, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new customers and generating recurring revenue.
- Convert Trial Users: Engage with free-trial users, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, and convert them into paid subscribers.
- Conduct Product Demos: Deliver compelling online demos of Recooty AI to HR professionals, founders, recruiters, and business owners.
- Generate & Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers through inbound enquiries, outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track leads, follow-ups, demos, negotiations, and closures using the CRM.
- Understand Customer Needs: Identify hiring challenges and recommend the right Recooty plan based on customer requirements.
- Handle Objections & Negotiations: Confidently communicate product value, address pricing concerns, and close deals.
- Drive Renewals & Upselling: Identify opportunities for plan upgrades, renewals, and additional revenue.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and customer success to improve lead quality, trial conversions, and customer retention.
- Report Performance: Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Global Market Understanding: Understand international customer expectations, communicate professionally across cultures, and adapt sales approaches to different markets.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience handling product demos and managing a sales pipeline.
- A target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation.
- Ability to follow up persistently without compromising professionalism.
- Confidence in speaking with founders, HR heads, recruiters, and business decision-makers.
- Comfort using CRM tools, email outreach, LinkedIn, and video conferencing platforms.
- A willingness to learn about AI, recruitment technology, and SaaS business models.
Bonus: Experience selling HRTech, ATS, recruitment services, or other B2B SaaS products.
