Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Communicate with potential and existing customers professionally.
- Understand basic customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer, lead, and calling records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- B2B tele calling/sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
