Role: IT Sales / Business Development Executive - Fresher

About the Role
we are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT Sales Fresher to join its Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, generating leads, initiating conversations and supporting the sales cycle for technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research and networking.
Identify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers across relevant industries.
Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities for IT/technology solutions.
Introduce and pitch services including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data & AI, System Integration and IT solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospective clients.
Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
Maintain lead details, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
Support the senior sales team in proposal preparation, presentations and deal closure.
Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation, meeting and business-development targets.
These responsibilities are consistent with entry-level IT-sales roles, where freshers typically handle prospecting, cold outreach, qualification, meetings and coordination with technical teams.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, or any relevant discipline.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic understanding/interest in IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML or software solutions.
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email communication.
Strong willingness to learn technology and B2B sales.
Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM is an advantage.
What We Are Looking For
We are more interested in attitude and communication than prior sales experience. The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with people, comfortable making outbound calls, curious about technology and willing to build a career in B2B IT Sales / Business Development.
