SYSTRA is GENERAL CONSULTANT (GC) FOR PHASE-II CORRIDOR FROM JLN STADIUM TO INFOPARK VIA KAKKANAD OF KOCHI METRO RAIL PROJECT.

We are seeking applications for the role N3 Junior Engineer (Power & Traction) in Kochi Metro Project.

Missions/Main Duties

• Review & supplement the detailed project report/concept report and all design reports as available
• Review/Preparation of Schedule of Dimension (SOD)
• Review & proof checking of the detailed design and construction design
• Assistance in Construction Supervision & Monitoring
• Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and social aspects management
• Assistance in TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND TRIAL RUNS
• Ensure the safety compliances, conduct safety training as per group policy mainly 3S training.
• Ensure every team member must have gone through Business Ethics and compliance training
• Ensure every project member has knowledge of Environment policy of company.
• Each Member of team had gone through 9 lifesaving rules
• Each individual had gone through the Anti-Corruption training.

Profile/Skills

• Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engg. from a reputed institution.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field for Graduates and minimum 1 years experience should be in similar role in field of power supply and traction of Metro/Railways. Minimum experience of 5 years in relevant field for Diploma and minimum 2 years experience should be in similar role in field of power supply and traction of Metro/Railways.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
