Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate, located in the Hidden Hills of Dehradun. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. Tasks may include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing sales orders, and managing courier partners.
