Voice Process Executive
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our IT Services division as a Voice Process Executive. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing direct customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position demands a candidate who can effectively handle diverse inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor, contributing significantly to our team's success in delivering exceptional service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound voice communications to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize active listening techniques to understand client concerns and provide accurate, tailored solutions.
- Navigate computer systems efficiently to retrieve information, update records, and process requests.
- Apply strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain a calm and patient demeanor during high-volume interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Articulate information clearly and professionally through verbal communication channels.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a focus on service orientation and resolution.

- Possess a mandatory graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate solid foundational knowledge of computer operations and software applications.
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills suitable for professional voice-based interactions.

- Possess proven problem-solving capabilities to address dynamic challenges.
