About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage complete front desk operations efficiently.
2. Welcome and assist parents and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner.
3. Coordinate appointments between parents, therapists, and doctors.
4. Schedule and manage therapy sessions for children.
5. Handle admissions and registration-related activities.
6. Collect therapy fees and maintain payment records.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
8. Perform data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel.
9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
10. Address parent queries and provide timely support.
11. Follow up with parents regarding appointments, admissions, pending documentation, and fee collections.
12. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Salary & benefits

1. Salary: Up to 20,000 Gross per month (based on qualification, experience, and interview performance).
