Java Full Stack Lead/Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Own the full lifecycle of integration services : requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.- Design and build scalable Admin platform features using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.- Ensure high standards of performance, reliability, security, and compliance.- Drive architecture discussions, scalability, maintainability, and best engineering practices.- Collaborate with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, seamless solutions.- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and champion secure identity management practices.Experience : - 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and API design.- 3+ years in technical leadership roles working with cross-functional teams.- Proven experience in Microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Strong background in designing highly available, scalable, and high-performance systems.- Experience defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and architecting solutions to meet them.Required Skills : - Java (JDK 17+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot- Microservices, REST APIs, OpenAPI 3.x- Reactor/WebFlux, Reactive Programming- OAuth 2.0, API Security- Docker, Kubernetes- JUnit, Mockito- GCP (GKE, IAM, Observability); AWS/Azure exposure is a plus- Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases- Git, IntelliJ IDEA, JiraNice to Have : - Redis, Cassandra- JavaScript/TypeScript, React- Maven, GitHub- Pub/Sub, Dataflow- AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor)- Exposure to front-end, mobile, or native application development- Domain-Specific Language (DSL) design experience (ref:hirist.tech)
