Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and monitor work progress.
2. Coordinate with workers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth site operations.
3. Ensure work is completed within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
4. Monitor and enforce safety practices at the construction site.
5. Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and basic documentation.
6. Check construction materials and ensure proper utilization at the site.
7. Track site progress and report updates to management regularly.
8. Resolve basic site-related issues and support smooth project execution.
