About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and implement HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee frameworks from scratch.2. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
3. Partner with business leaders to support hiring plans and build strong talent pipelines.
4. Develop and maintain employee records, HRMIS, and HR documentation.
5. Design and implement performance management, appraisal, and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices.
7. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
8. Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
9. Work closely with the founders to build scalable people practices aligned with business growth.
