We are seeking a motivated Engineering Trainee to join our production team and play a vital role in optimizing daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that production goals are met through strategic process enhancements and effective documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing process improvement projects focused on efficiency and waste reduction.
  
• Implement and maintain 5S methodologies to ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  
• Lead or support Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor.
  
• Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for enhanced productivity.
  
• Perform line balancing exercises to optimize resource allocation and maximize output.
  
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts, including 5S, Kaizen, and line balancing.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for operational improvement.
