Position: Machining Engineer

Location: Bhavnagar 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• BE - Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) 

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 7 Years of Experience in CNC Machine, Tooling, & Machine Estimation. 

Role Purpose: 

We are looking for a qualified  Machining Engineer  with CNC machining, tooling, and machining estimation. The candidate should be proficient in  AutoCAD  and  MS Office , with strong knowledge of CNC process planning, tooling selection, cycle time and cost estimation, engineering drawing interpretation, GD&T, machining tolerances, and continuous process improvement. The role involves preparing machining process plans, estimating machining time and tooling requirements, optimizing machining processes for productivity and quality, supporting new product development, coordinating with production, quality, and planning teams, resolving machining-related issues, preparing process documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strong Knowledge of CNC Machine & Tooling & Machine Estimation 

• proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office 

• engineering drawing interpretation

• resolving machining-related issues

• preparing process documentation and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Optimising machining processes for productivity and quality

• supporting new product development

• coordinating with production, quality, and planning teams

• GD&T, machining tolerances, and continuous process improvement
