Amgen seeks an Associate to support U.S. Channel Operations within Contracts & Pricing Execution in Hyderabad. The role involves contract processing, pricing maintenance, payment validation, reconciliation, and compliance activities across multiple operational systems and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day Channel operations including CDP updates, GCPS maintenance, and payment preparation
- Generate scorecards and perform validation of payment calculations and performance reports
- Support net sales reconciliation across SAP, GCPS, and related reporting systems
- Maintain trackers and documentation for contracts, waivers, reconciliations, and audit evidence
- Escalate risks, data anomalies, and processing exceptions to Channel Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation capabilities
- Experience with contract processing, pricing updates, or channel operations
- Proficiency in reconciliation, data validation, and process execution
- Ability to learn multiple systems and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Collaborative mindset with stakeholder engagement across teams
