Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated tests for product functionality and performance.
- Build and enhance functional and non-functional test automation frameworks.
- Perform manual and automated API and UI testing.
- Collaborate with developers and customer-facing stakeholders to understand designs and implementations.
- Maintain regression automation suites and support released-feature quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Evaluate product functionality, scalability, high availability, and usability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of enterprise software QA and test automation experience.
- Software development or test automation experience in Python, Java, C++, or Go, with Python preferred.
- Strong Linux, object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of compute, storage, and network virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience debugging complex distributed applications and automating API and UI tests.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools for coding, analysis, and debugging, plus prompt engineering for productivity.
