Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/LWC

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end-to-end Salesforce solution design, architecture, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, engage with stakeholders, define technical roadmaps, and ensure successful project execution aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities : - Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, development, and implementation activities.- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and project teams.- Design complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.- Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and establish development standards.- Define integration strategies using APIs, Middleware, and third-party applications.- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers.- Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and compliance.- Support estimation, planning, risk management, and technical governance activities.- Drive CI/CD adoption, release management, and DevOps best practices.Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud and Revenue Cloud.- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform.- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices.- Experience leading technical teams and managing offshore/onsite coordination.- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps processes.- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with MuleSoft Integration.- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks.- Experience in Healthcare domain projects will be an added advantage.Certifications Preferred : - Salesforce Platform Developer II- Salesforce Application Architect- Salesforce System Architect- Salesforce Administrator- Salesforce Advanced Administrator- Salesforce Technical Architect (Preferred)Key Leadership Expectations : - Lead a team of Salesforce Developers.- Drive technical excellence and delivery quality.- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.- Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues.- Collaborate with business and leadership teams to align technology with business goals.
