Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling training programs based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of training programs.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and program outcomes.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our service offerings.
• Contribute to the development of new training initiatives and client engagement strategies.
• Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial stages of engagement.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing professional skills.
