About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ship full-stack features end to end, React/Next.js frontends, Python, PHP or Node backends, real deployments
2. Design and build task-specific AI agents for real workflows: lead qualification, CRM updates, call handling, order handoff
3. Apply AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while owning correctness, security, and final review
4. Deploy and operate systems in production on Google Cloud and classic hosting, with monitoring and runbooks
5. Integrate with Zoho CRM and telecom provider APIs, including retry logic and failure handling

3. Daily fluency with AI coding assistants, combined with the judgment to review and validate their output

4. Comfort owning a system end to end in a small team, from design through production support
