SEO Summer is Looking for:
As an SEO Specialist , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of our clients by implementing effective search engine optimization strategies. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive keyword research, devising SEO strategies tailored to client needs, and executing various on-page and off-page optimization techniques. This role requires a keen understanding of SEO principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Mapping:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume search terms.
Develop keyword mapping strategies to align with client objectives and target audience.
SEO Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement SEO strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
On-page SEO:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements for improved search visibility.
Implement technical SEO optimizations to enhance website performance and crawlability.
Technical SEO:
Audit websites for technical SEO issues and implement necessary fixes.
Ensure websites comply with search engine guidelines and best practices.
Off-page SEO (Outreach/Backlink Acquisition):
Execute outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and webmasters.
Google Business Profile Optimizations:
Optimize Google My Business profiles to improve local search visibility and enhance online reputation.
Manage and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on Google Business profiles.
Report Writing:
Prepare comprehensive SEO performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
Shift Time:
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST
This Role Requires:
Fluent English and excellent writing skills to communicate effectively with clients and create compelling content.
Strong understanding of SEO principles with a proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic.
Proficiency in conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to measure and analyze website conversions.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interview Rounds:
R1 - Assessment of skill (project they will need to complete)
R2 - Video interview with questions (both technical and soft skills)

About our Client - SEO Summer:
We are a leading Australian SEO agency looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients' websites, and improving organic rankings through SEO. The emphasis of this role is knowing WHAT to do, not just HOW to do it. Which means you will need to have an understanding of what outcomes will achieve maximum ROI for clients. You will not have many clients, but the expectation is that work is done exceptionally well as there will be ample time to make SEO decisions. You will start with about 5 clients, but will never have more than 10. This is not a client facing role, which means that you will never directly communicate with clients. However, this means that you must be on top of the campaigns at all times and proactively make SEO magic happen. Reporting will be done to the director once per week, and a log should be maintained for all SEO actions (so you must be organised).You MUST have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
