Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Office Superintendent. The Office Superintendent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations within the institution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent proficiency in Google Sheets and be adept at letter drafting. They should also demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative activities within the institution.
Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets using Google Sheets .
Prepare and draft official correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.
Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, providing timely and accurate responses as needed.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as required.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace applications .
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with letter drafting and official correspondence.
Prior experience in supervising administrative staff is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
