Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our IVF centre, attract potential patients, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the IVF centre.
Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and attract potential patients. Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Stay informed about industry trends, patient preferences, and regulatory changes.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective patients and nurture them through the patient journey. Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates and track ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
