Job Description:

As the inaugural employee of our new e-commerce division, you will spearhead the establishment and growth of our online presence, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This pivotal role offers both challenges and rewards as you navigate the dynamic landscape of e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of the e-commerce website.
Develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps for the division.
Manage budget allocation effectively to maximize ROI.
Oversee all activities and product development within the e-commerce division.
Collaborate closely with web development and technical teams to ensure seamless functionality.
Prepare and analyze reports, focusing on conversion rates and other key performance indicators.
Develop and implement SEO/PPC strategies and marketing plans.
Manage and supervise outsourced teams, including Content Writers, Digital Marketers, Website Developers, SEO Executives, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Videographers.
Provide team leadership, guidance, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications:

MBA Graduate with a minimum of 75% score.
Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing will be a plus.

Key Skills:

Solid understanding of all aspects of the e-commerce business landscape.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Experience:

While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong interest and understanding of digital business are essential.
