This position will hold responsibility for the overall program content management the coordination of District, state, central internal teams, and Government officials. Detailed responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following broad areas:

•

Collaborate and coordinate with subject matter experts from internal and external teams to gather information and content for program materials.

•

Translation of the content from Hindi/English to Telugu language.

•

Develop engaging and interactive program content, including presentations, manuals, guides, videos, children's materials, and other multimedia resources.

•

Coordinate the review and approval process for all program materials, incorporating feedback from stakeholders as needed.

•

Conduct training sessions for employees internal and external, both in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and comprehension of program content.

•

Independently handle the content training programs to the internal and external tams.

•

Support the evaluation and assessment of training programs, gathering feedback from participants, and analysing data to measure effectiveness.

•

Conduct research to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to training and development.

•

Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees who are working at the ground level.

•

Documentation and Reporting of program implementation process after the monitoring visits.

•

Monitor the content delivery by the trained staff ( internal and external)
