Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, ensuring the stability and resilience of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

2. Develop and implement risk models to quantify and assess various financial risks.

3. Monitor market trends and economic indicators to anticipate potential impacts on the organization.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and assess risks associated with new projects or initiatives.

5. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management strategies and recommend improvements.

6. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the resilience of financial portfolios.

7. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

8. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to financial risk management.

9. Provide insightful recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

10. Participate in the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures.

11. Has worked on SOP development

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) are advantageous.

2. Proven experience in financial risk analysis, preferably within a relevant industry.

3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools and financial modeling.

4. Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and risk measurement techniques.

5. Excellent communication skills to convey complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

8. Proficient in using risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

9. 4 Years experience is mandatory
